Individual or relay race on the moraines of the Balteo Glacier that follows the ridges of the Morainic Amphitheatre of Ivrea, at the feet of Valle d'Aosta. 

Follow the footprint of the Balteo glacier that thousands of years ago came down the mountains of Valle d'Aosta into the canavese plain, depositing the boulder clays now forming the morainic hills around Ivrea.

Following the Morenic Trail paths you'll find out erratic blocks, boulder clays, morainic hills, vineyards, lakes, woods, castles, sanctuaries and small churches.
